The paper critically analyzes the rationale and principles of Aid for Trade as presented by the Task Force to the 27 July 2006 General Council and identifies policy and issues and evaluation indicators of an eventual implementation of Aid for Trade.  It analysis and questions theoretical references and principles underpinning Aid for Trade as well as offers some recommendations.
