IRDF is a non-stock, non-profit organization registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines. Established in 1989 as a social development foundation, IRDF has since worked with poor farmers, fisherfolk, rural women, agricultural workers and youth in various parts of the country.
EUROPE WIDE (IGTN Europe) Network Women in Development Europe: www.wide-network.org WIDE works to influence European and International policies and to raise awareness on gender and development issues among important sectors of opinion in Europe, with the objective of empowering women worldwide. WIDE Austria: oneworld.at 18 Austrian development NGOs and some women experts. The member organisations delegate one to two women to actively participate in the work of WIDE Austria. The WIDE-Netzwerk meets at least six times a year to share information about different working group activities and other relevant issues. It is also the decision-making body of the organisation. BGRF - Bulgarian Gender Research Foundation: www.bgrf.org/en Is an NGO that promotes social equality and women´s human rights in Bulgaria through research, education and advocacy programs. BANULACHT – Women in Ireland for Development: www.banulacht.ie Feminist organisation which works with grassroots women´s groups in Irelandto link local and global issues in solidarity with women in the South. Its vision is of a world where transformed relations of power continually challenge norms and structures of injustice and create new ways of relating based on respect, solidarity and justice for all at the personal, local and global levels. The Gender and Development Working Group is composed of NGOs that are members of the CONGDE and are committed to the promotion of gender equality in Cooperation and Development.
