Thirty-two women from the women’s, social justice, human rights and trade advocacy
movement, popular education and research communities, met in Ottawa, on
December 7-9, 2001, to assess the state of women’s organizing around trade issues
in Canada and possibilities for future collaboration. This report includes information on The Canadian Gender and Trade Initiative, International Links, Major Gender and Trade Issues for Canada, and the gaps and needs in the region. |
